As an independent kitchen retailer, at Staffordshire Kitchens and Granite (SKG), we often find ourselves being more competitive than the popular, well publicised High Street and retail park brands – much to the joy of our customers!
The reason we are so competitive is that our focus is on providing the highest possible levels of service as well as real value for money. We believe that this creates great customer relationships that helps to generate repeat business and recommendations.
It’s because of this that we advertise very little and are able to keep a tight rein on our overheads – after all, happy and satisfied customers are the best and most credible form of marketing any business can have!
