Projects & Testimonials

At SKG we pride our selves on the quality of our work and levels of service. However, we recognise that the only opinions that really matter are those of our customers. Please see below a few recent projects along with customer comments.

Shaun & Andrew

For Shaun and Andrew’s new kitchen extension they wanted to create a grand, entertaining kitchen space. We created a bespoke in-frame kitchen finished in contrasting ‘Farrow & Ball’ paint shades.

Shaun comments “The fit and finish of our new kitchen is excellent and the design integrates everything that we were looking for in terms of both storage and socialising areas.”

Andrew & Mark

Andrew and mark wished for classical statement kitchen with a large ‘must have’ island.

We produced an in-frame Shaker finished in contrasting ‘Little Greene’ paint shades with their island being very much the focal point.

“All the appliances are immediately to hand and the island, with its seating arrangement, allows me to speak to friends but acts as a barrier too - so know one gets ‘under my feet’ whilst I’m preparing food. SKG did a fantastic job and Mitch had some great ideas” comments Mark.

Mr & Mrs Beasley

Mr & Mrs Beasley new exactly what they wanted and entrusted SKG to fulfil their requirements.

A full kitchen replacement went ahead that incorporated a clean, handless design in a Cashmere Gloss finish with matching Quartz stone tops.

“The SKG team were very efficient. The kitchen cabinetry and tops were installed quickly. Their close attention to detail and finish was incredible. We couldn’t recommend Mitch and his team more.”

WOW! It’s Kensington in Indigo!

This kitchen certainly has that dramatic, visual WOW factor!

Using Kensington - Shaker, ‘lay-on’ cabinetry and finished in dramatic Indigo Blue with contrasting Quartz tops you could be fooled into thinking that this was a kitchen costing several times the projects allocated budget.

A simple return of the quartz top has achieved added functionality by creating a useful, peninsula dining space.

Dave & Carol

Dave and Carol were looking for a modern - minimalist kitchen design and settled on this slab door design with the wonderful contrasting finishes of ‘Concrete and Halifax Oak.

“We wanted a design that embodied plenty of storage to keep the clean lines and surfaces - to accentuate the clean minimalist look that we wished to achieve. Mitch worked closely with us to tailor a design that perfectly suited our needs and tastes.”

Mr & Mrs Owen

Mr & Mrs Owen wanted a design with enough capacity to seriously entertain!

The ‘lay-on’ Shaker cabinetry integrates plenty of drawer and cupboard storage to include a corner pantry, However, the huge island with its seating arrangement as well many integrated cooking and refrigeration appliances, means they have more than enough capacity to entertain.

Mrs Owen comments “We love the cabinetry’s slate grey colour and how this is cleverly picked up in the worktops. The room is just a wonderful place to be - whether you’re cooking or relaxing.”

Mr & Mrs Tandy

This project involved turning the old kitchen into a utility, boot-room and home for the family pooch whilst making the original dining room (with the removal of a wall) into the wonderful kitchen space you see here.

A traditional look to the kitchen was achieved through little design touches such as thee use of traditional ‘Butlers’ sinks and the edge profile used on the stone worktops.

Manny & Di from Cheshire

This lovely in-frame style, kitchens appeal is down to the sum of the rooms parts as well as Manny and Di’s impeccable tastes as it is about our kitchen design. It perfectly illustrates what can be achieved when we work closely to achieve an overall vision.

Di comments “We just love our kitchen and spend more time socialising in it than we do any other room!. Thank you to Mitch for listening and understanding everything we wished to achieve.”

Modern kitchen with light gray cabinets, white countertops, a central island with black chairs, and a spherical chandelier.
